  2. I have seen my husband using these Pilates mainly for his posture correction, Pilates is awesome for building core strength. I think it is the one thing that really made him start the working out.. his job includes sitting long hours in front of a computer. Apart from posture Pilates also helps in strengthening and toning muscles as well as flexibility.
