* Except for an exercise mat, no other exercise equipment is needed in order to do this exercise.
* The starting position for this exercise is to lie down straight on the exercise mat. Your legs should extend straight, your back should also be comfortably straight and your arms at your sides with your palms flat on the floor.
* From the starting position, right foot should start pointing away from your leg. You should then slowly raise up your right leg while your right foot continues to point away from it. The leg should be raised until the right foot is directly pointing to the ceiling.
* With your left leg straight parallel to the floor as well as your back and without raising your hips, your right leg and foot should slowly draw a circle in a clockwise direction. Try to write as big a circle as possible.
* The right leg and foot should draw a circle in the clockwise direction for five times, pause for a moment and immediately draw a circle in the counter-clockwise direction for five times again.
* After the right leg and foot draws five circles in clockwise and counterclockwise direction, it should be slowly lowered back to the start position.
* The same process should be repeated from the starting position except this time it should be done by the left leg.
