People across the globe are obsessed with hair, and hair loss can hit a man or woman hard .  It is an emotional process accepting hair loss and many search endlessly for a solution to that problem.  One of the problems with this is that many opportunists jump on this opportunity to make products that claim to do the impossible and prey on the desperation of the hair loss community.  One solution that has been presented recently was vitamins for hair growth, but do they work?

With so many snake oils out there how can you address your hair loss problems without falling victim to another opportunist?  That is an important question that affects any person suffering from any disease.  How much hope should I have, and when should I just accept my condition.  Although I can’t tell you personally let me offer you a possible (Note: I say possible since I won’t claim that my solution will solve everyone’s problem) solution.

Let’s look at biotin hair growth.  Biotin is also known as vitamin B7 and combines with a bunch of the other b vitamins to form a much large B complex.  The B complex is used in the metabolic pathways of the body meaning that without it the body would struggle to break down and deliver food to the cells all across the body.  A lack of biotin has been known to be a significant cause of hair loss because as the metabolism slows the body shuts or slows down some of the non-essential processes such as hair and skin support.

But I’m probably not biotin deficient right?  Probably not, but ask yourself how much whole grains you consume daily.  Biotin is found in whole grains and somehow when it is processed and bleached and manufactured into flour and then bread it usually loses almost all of its biotin content.  If its not in most of the breads that you eat, you may by high risk to be biotin deficient.  The solution I present is to take a vitamin package specifically tailored to fight off vitamin deficiencies.
